From download to live.

Start with the requirements.

Open the product page and check its supported platform, dependencies and configuration notes. Make a backup of your server files and database before adding or updating a resource.

Sign in, open My account, and download the resource from My library. Extract the ZIP locally and read the included installation guide.

Make it part of your server.

1. Upload the resource folder to your server’s resources directory. Keep the resource name from the download.
2. Install the dependencies and import any supplied database changes exactly as described by that product.
3. Review its configuration, permissions and ACL requirements. Grant only the permissions the resource needs.
4. Refresh the resource list and start the resource in your server console.

Replace resource_name with the actual resource folder name. Some MTAX resources require launcher or portal activation; follow the product-specific guide.

Keep your setup in good shape.

Check the product changelog before updating. Save a copy of your configuration and test changes on a staging server first. The latest published package remains available in your library while your order has active access.
